The clean, free feeling that comes with a life devoid of excess and clutter is also good for our mental health, giving us space to breathe and concentrate on things more important and fulfilling than the acquisition of material goods.

While marketing gurus come up with ever more complex and distracting ways of catching the eye, this list, compiled by GIGGAG, is all about gorgeous minimalist design. Objects and products stripped down to their bare essentials, leaving nothing but what is absolutely necessary.
