Pizza stones give pizzas, breads, and other things a marvelous crust. Use two layers of pizza stones, or tiles, and you can turn your oven into a brick oven. The pizza stone distributes the heat evenly in your oven, and when the pizza cooks on top of the stone it has a better crust.
If you want to try something new, this method is just perfect. Wrap tortillas in a barely damp cloth or paper towel and microwave them until they’re steamed, for about 30 seconds.
